  18. Well, eight calls later (with no return calls) they forgot to send me 
  19. mine.  Something about too many people ordering.  This sounds like a 
  20. project being handled by some uncaring highschool students.  I understand 
  21. they are treating most of thbeir customers this way...  The book has cost 
  22. me double already, and I still don't have a copy.  I also understand that 
  23. the name has been changed to protect the innocent....   grrr...
